We believe the Bible, containing 66 books, is the only perfect and authoritative Word of God.
We believe it is strictly forbidden to add or subtract from the message of the Bible via dreams, visions, or any other form of revelation. Any message from God will be consistent with and will not override anything in Scripture.
Anything else is from the evil one. (Rev. 22:19)
We believe there is only one God that exists in 3 distinct persons (the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit) and these 3 are one. (Matt. 28:19)
We believe Jesus is the only eternal Son of God. (Matt. 16:16)
We believe Jesus is the only name under heaven by which we must be saved from God's wrath against sin.
We believe we are saved by grace through faith in Christ alone and that our works contribute nothing to our salvation.
We believe Jesus Christ is both God and man and that he is the only mediator between God and man.
(1 Timothy 2:5)
We believe Jesus Christ was crucified, died, and rose again on the third day.
We believe those who trust in Jesus will rise again on the last day when He returns.
We believe those who don't trust in Jesus will perish forever under the wrath of God and will be eternally cut off from the goodness of God.
We believe Jesus desires unity for His church. Unity in our love. Unity in the Holy Spirit. Unity in the Word of God. Unity in our core gospel beliefs. Unity in our faith. Unity in our mission. Unity in our prayers.
We believe Jesus desires diversity for His church. Diversity in culture. Diversity in language. Diversity in gifts. Diversity in ethnicity.
(1 Corinthians 12, Rev. 5:9)
We believe Christ's kingdom is not of this world and that this world is destined for destruction but those who trust in Christ look forward to a new Heaven and Earth wherein dwells righteousness.
We desire to be filled with the Holy Spirit in order to help us love, worship, and obey Jesus as revealed in the Bible.
We love our neighbors with a desire that they will be filled with the Holy Spirit in order to help them love, worship, and obey Jesus as revealed in the Bible.
We are commanded to persistently pray for all people so that they may be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth.
(1 Tim. 2:1)
